Reports of the spread of COVID-19, also known as the coronavirus, continue to appear in regional and national media. We realize that this situation may be worrisome. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommend the following five steps to reduce your risk of illness:
1.Wash your hands often. If soap and water are not available, please use an alcohol-based hand rub.
2.If you have a fever, stomach flu or other signs of a virus, seek medical attention.
3.Try to avoid close contact with people who are sick.
4.Avoid touching your nose, mouth and eyes.
5.Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue and discard the tissue or cough and sneeze into your arm.
